I am passionate about my belief and that a coach is the ideal objective thinking partner. This partnership enables the leader to air worries, problems, and challenges, to define their vision, their version of success and, most importantly, what actions to take to move themselves, their team(s) and their business forward. A coach facilitates deeper self-awareness, empowering the leader to grow and with newly learnt skills and toolsets transform into a truly authentic and inspirational leader.
My passion for coaching started long before I became a full-time coach. As a senior leader and top performer year on year, I coached many of my team members to achieve their goals and get promotions. Seeing each individual reach their own success inspired me to do more for others. This was the main driver for me to retrain and become a qualified coach, setting up my own business in 2013. Now, as then, I work internationally with individuals and organisations, through coaching and workshops.
